Paragliding over the Kik Plateau
Take to the skies on a tandem paragliding flight from the Kik Plateau. Accompanied by an experienced pilot, you will soar over the region's landscapes, with Lake Lalla Takerkoust and the Atlas Mountains as your backdrop.
The flight is organized according to weather conditions and the pilot's recommendations.
Moroccan cooking class
Step into the kitchen at Eden Atlas and learn how to prepare a Moroccan dish alongside our cook. From selecting the ingredients and preparing the spices to cooking the dish, each step introduces you to the techniques of generous, family-style Moroccan cuisine.
Depending on the chosen menu, you may prepare a tagine, couscous, tanjia or another local specialty, before sharing the meal you have made together.
Guided hike in the Atlas
Set out on foot to discover the valleys, villages and landscapes of the High Atlas, accompanied by a specialized guide with an in-depth knowledge of the region.
The hike is adapted to the participants' level and can be organized as a half-day or full-day excursion.
The full-day option includes lunch with a local family, offering the opportunity to discover local cuisine and share a moment with people from the region.
Lunch under the vines with a local family
In a nearby village close to Eden Atlas, a local family welcomes you into their home for a traditional lunch served in the shade of the vines.
The meal is prepared on site using family recipes and ingredients selected according to the season. More than just a lunch, this experience offers the opportunity to discover a way of life, a cuisine and a sense of hospitality deeply rooted in the region.
The experience takes place directly at the family's home, not in the Eden Atlas garden.
